Shipping policy

To ensure the responsibilities of both parties are met, we ask that you thoroughly review our shipping policy. Should you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

SHIPPING

IMPORTANT: Upon check-out please review that your shipping information has been entered correctly. Although you will be given a tracking number, once shipped, the final delivery location will be determined by the address entered by the consumer.

Scented Illusions will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.

Shipping & handling is a taxable service and will be charged at the time of checkout.

All shoppers will receive free shipping on orders $100 or more.

All orders will be shipped using standard packaging within 2-3 days via USPS or UPS from the date the order was placed. Please keep in mind that once your package has been accepted by the delivery service we are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or rerouted packages.

As your candle supplier I will do my absolute best to see that your package arrives from my home to yours. If your merchandise has not been received within 7 days of placing your order please email info@scentedillusions.com and we will do our best to troubleshoot.
