Refund policy
To ensure the responsibilities of both parties are met, we ask that you thoroughly review our return policy. Should you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our business, used candles cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
We take pride in each of our hand-made products, and hope you too, will fall in love with the item(s) you have selected. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us within 5 days of receiving your items.
At this time we will only accept returns on products in its original, and sellable condition.
Please understand there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the cost of purchase.
Shipping and delivery fees are non refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@scentedillusions.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Scented Illusions makes a conscious effort to inspect and package all products with the utmost care before being shipped. Should a package arrive damaged due to negligent packaging an exchange or store credit will be issued. Please be mindful to keep original packaging as photographic proof of damaged products will need to be submitted to info@scentedillusions.com within 5 days of delivery.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned. We consider these items to be custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) as well as personal care goods (such as beauty products). In addition, we also do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be approved based on a full inspection of the returned merchandise. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is approved a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional processing time depending upon your bank or credit card policies and/or procedures. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us info@scentedillusions.com so that we may assist in troubleshooting.
